About This Project

SRT was commissioned to perform a complete structural and geotechnical investigation for a royal palace overlooking a 200-meter cliff in Madinah.

The project addressed long-term settlement, structural cracking, waterproofing failures, and slope instability. A multidisciplinary engineering approach was applied to identify root causes and develop comprehensive stabilization and strengthening solutions.

Scope of Work

  • Structural condition assessment

  • Geotechnical investigation

  • Slope stability analysis

  • Settlement evaluation

  • Structural strengthening design

  • Rockfall protection design

  • Tender documentation and BOQ preparation

Project Impact

  • Identified root causes of structural movement

  • Improved long-term structural stability

  • Reduced geotechnical risks

  • Developed comprehensive remediation strategy
