Royal Palace Structural Assessment
Comprehensive structural and geotechnical assessment of a royal palace constructed on a cliff, including stability analysis and remediation design.

About This Project
SRT was commissioned to perform a complete structural and geotechnical investigation for a royal palace overlooking a 200-meter cliff in Madinah.
The project addressed long-term settlement, structural cracking, waterproofing failures, and slope instability. A multidisciplinary engineering approach was applied to identify root causes and develop comprehensive stabilization and strengthening solutions.
Scope of Work
Structural condition assessment
Geotechnical investigation
Slope stability analysis
Settlement evaluation
Structural strengthening design
Rockfall protection design
Tender documentation and BOQ preparation
Project Impact
Identified root causes of structural movement
Improved long-term structural stability
Reduced geotechnical risks
Developed comprehensive remediation strategy
